Get answers to commonly asked questions

New Checking Account Set Up

Your account number is different from your member number. Here are two easy ways to access your account information.
  1. In the Credit Union ONE mobile app, select the account you need the information for. Once the account page opens, select the Show Details button.
  2. If you’re online, log into digital banking and select your account. Under the account nickname, you will find your 10-digit account number, which is partially obscured for security reasons. Click the eye icon to reveal the hidden numbers. For more information, select Account Details.
Once you've gathered your information, you can set up your direct deposit.

To connect your credit/debit card to a mobile wallet on your mobile device, follow the instructions on the existing, preinstalled Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay app.*

To link an external account, log in to your online banking account and hover over Payment and Transfers from the menu.

Select Transfers from the dropdown menu and click on the More Actions tab.

Select Add Account, and a pop-out will open, providing members options for adding an account.

If you’re using the mobile app, click “More” on the bottom menu. Then select Payment and Transfers.

Finally, select Transfers from the dropdown menu.

Select Add Account, and a pop-out will open, providing members options for adding an account.

To set up card controls, log in to your online banking account or mobile app and select Cards from the top menu.

Select Card Management from the dropdown menu and a new window will appear displaying your cards.

Choose the card you want to set controls on.

Then, expand the Alerts and Controls section.

Select the pencil icon next to Manage Card Controls. A new window will open with card control options, including:
  • Block transaction types
  • Set transaction limits
  • Deny international transactions

To block/unblock a card, log in to your online banking account or mobile app and select Cards from the menu. A dropdown menu will appear.

Choose Card Management, and your cards will be displayed. Hover over the card you wish to block or unblock and select Manage Card.

Expand the Alerts and Controls tab and use the toggle switch to block the card temporarily. To unblock the card, toggle off this option.

To replace a card, log in to your online banking or mobile account and navigate to Cards in the menu.

Select Card Management from the dropdown, and your cards will appear.

Choose the lost or stolen card you want to replace. A new window showing the card details will open.

Expand the Replacement Options section, select Lost or Stolen as the reason for the replacement, enter the incident dates, and submit your request.

The selected card will be canceled and removed from Manage Cards when it is reported as stolen.

Once your new card has been issued, it will be available in Manage Cards.

The replacement card will have a new card number and will be sent to your account address.

To manage card alerts, log in to your online banking account or mobile app. Navigate to Additional Services on the menu. Then, select Alerts.

A new window will display the available alert categories, including:
  • General alerts
  • Accounts
  • Authentication
  • Budgets
  • Card
  • Mobile deposit
  • Transfers
Toggle the alerts you want on or off for each account.

To enable/disable foreign transactions, log in to your online banking account or mobile app and select Cards from the menu.

Choose Card Management from the dropdown, and your cards will be displayed. Select the card you want to enable/disable foreign transactions on.

Expand the Alerts and Controls section and select the pencil icon next to Manage Card Controls.

A new window will open with a toggle switch in the international section to deny/enable foreign transactions.

Action 2: Set up your direct deposit.

If your employer is registered with our link payroll system, you can enroll through online banking or the mobile app.

Log into your online banking account or mobile app, select Payment and Transfers from the menu, then click Set up Direct Deposit.

Once you’ve entered and submitted your employer and payment details, your direct deposit is all set up.

Having trouble finding your payroll credentials?
  • Try account recovery
    • Most payroll systems allow you to look up your account or do a password reset.
  • Check your personal/work email
    • Your employer likely sent you an invite email to the payroll system. This email contains details on how to access your account.
  • Ask your employer for help
    • Your employer’s HR or payroll manager will be able to help you get access.

If your employer is not registered, you can complete the online direct deposit form and turn it in to your employer. If you're having trouble with the form, you are also welcome to contact us at 800-451-4292 or stop by a branch.

Once your direct deposit hits your account, you can use Online Banking to set up scheduled payments or recurring external transfers.
Yes, a 1% foreign transaction fee will apply to purchase transactions completed outside the United States. A $1.50 transaction fee will apply to ATM transactions outside the United States. Additionally, the owner
of the ATM may charge a surcharge fee for use of that ATM.

Your daily debit card limit is $5,010 for purchase transactions and $1,010 for ATM cash withdrawals.
