Moving or traveling? Let us know.

Address change

Make sure we have your current mailing address, email address and phone numbers on file so we can contact you whenever necessary. It's easy to keep your contact information updated online or using our app.

Log in to your Online or Mobile Banking account.

Click on Contact.

Click and select

Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select Settings.

On the Contact screen, you can update your address, email address and home/work/mobile phone numbers.

The change will take effect right away, but please be advised that communications already in process prior to updating your information may still be delivered to the contact information previously on file.

Travel Notification

When you tell us about your plans to travel out of state or out of the country, we can help make sure your debit and credit card transactions process smoothly. It's easy to set up the notifications online or through our app.

Log in to your Online or Mobile Banking account.

Select card

All your debit and credit cards will be displayed on the Card Management page. Click on the card you would like to place a travel notification on.

Start & End Dates

Enter the start and end date of your trip, including days that will be spent traveling.

Additional Cards

If you have additional debit/credit cards, you can select them from the Additional Cards dropdown. The travel notification will be applied to the additional cards as well without having to re-enter your travel notification. Click Save.

Card Management

Hover over the Cards tab and select Card Management.

Travel Notices

Select Travel Notices.

Domestic or International

Select Domestic or International, depending on your travel plans, and enter your travel destination(s). If you will be visiting multiple locations, such as on a cruise, be sure to list all planned stops.

Please note, inputting a travel notification is not a guarantee your card will not be declined/flagged as potential fraud while traveling. Travel notifications can help prevent location-based transaction denials, but other transaction types outside of your normal spending habits can still potentially trigger a fraud alert. For example, if you typically make small purchases with your card but make a large purchase while traveling, the large transaction amount may still trigger a fraud alert.
