We understand you're busy. You want to decide when and where you bank. That's why as a member of Credit Union ONE you have exclusive access to our Next-Level digital banking solutions allowing you to securely and quickly do your banking digitally, so you can get back to life.
To start using our NEW Credit Union ONE Mobile App you will first need to delete the existing app and download our new one.

Use the Mobile App on smartphones, smartwatches and tablets for the best viewing experience and to deposit checks, check balances without logging in and receive alerts on your mobile devices.

Visit cuone.org. Click "Log In" and enter your username to begin.
From the Digital Banking Log In Page, reenter Username.
Enter the temporary password, which is:
The last 6 digits of your Social Security Number
The first initials of both your first and last name, capitalized
Your 5-digit zip code
Click "Log In."
Enter new password. Password must meet security requirements.
At least 8 characters in length
At least 1 lower case letter
At least 1 upper case letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character (' . - _ ! # ^ ~)
Click "Continue" to proceed.
Confirm contact information is accurate and up-to-date. Click "Continue."
Review and accept Online Banking disclosure. Check the "I Agree" box. Click “Open PDF” link for code. Enter PDF access confirmation code. Click "Continue."
Begin your Next-Level Online Banking experience from the Dashboard page.
Visit the Apple® App Store or Google Play™
Search for "NEW Credit Union ONE."
Tap "Get" or "Install."
Uninstall or delete your existing CUONE Mobile App.
Log In to Digital Banking.
Locate and click the Settings menu widget.
To set up or change an alert, click the gear icon or tap on "Alert" and tap "Change."
Enable the Alert ON/OFF.
Select the account the Alert will apply to.
Select email, SMS or push delivery.
Log In to Digital Banking
Locate and click the "Bill Pay" menu widget
Agree to Bill Pay disclosure and click "Continue"
Click "Add Payee/Manage Payees" and choose whether you’re paying a business or a person. Click "Next"
Enter requested payee and account information
Complete verification process
After your upgrade to Next-Level Digital Banking, you will need to reestablish any external connections.

Why is the credit union changing Digital Banking Platforms?
We have heard your feedback. The credit union is updating Mobile and Online Banking to provide you improved navigation, speed and functionality.
Will I need to do anything?
Yes. You will Log In to Digital Banking, delete your previous mobile app and download the new one, set up alerts and then you can start to explore all the new features.
Will I need to reenroll/register?
No. Log in using your current username and your temporary password. Your temporary password will be the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number, your first name initial capitalized, your last name initial capitalized, and your 5 digit zip code (example: 456789JC48220).
Will I need to change my password?
Yes. The first log in will use a temporary password (see example above), then you will be prompted to update your password.
Will Bill Payment change?
No. The Bill Payment process will remain the same. All your payees and scheduled bill payments will transfer over.
Will my current Online Banking account alerts still work?
No. Alerts will need to be reestablished. Alerts can be set up within both Mobile and Online Banking in the Notifications tab under Settings.
Will my browser be supported?
Digital Banking support for the Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 browser is no longer supported. It is important to be up-to-date with the latest web browser version for Microsoft, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc…
Do I need update my Credit Union ONE Mobile App?
Yes. Uninstall your current CUONE Mobile App, then go to the app store and install the NEW Credit Union ONE Mobile App.
How do I get transaction history from digital banking into Quicken/Quickbooks?
You will need to disconnect the existing Quicken connection and reconnect accounts after your first online banking login. Use "Credit Union ONE Michigan" to connect to Quicken once you have logged in to Online Banking. Transaction history already in Quicken or QuickBooks should not be affected.
