There are many options available to help you in purchasing your home. The government has provided three additional options that you may qualify for:

Federal Housing Administration (FHA)

This is a Government Insured program for purchase and refinance transactions. Eligible terms are 30 year and 15 year.

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

This special government loan program was designed for honorably discharged veterans, certain members of the Selected Reserve, active duty service personnel and certain categories of spouses of veterans.

Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA)

MSHDA offers a variety of loan products tailored for low- to moderate-income home buyers. Key features include: Fixed Rate 30 Year Terms, Lower Downpayment and more.

USDA Rural Development (RD)

This is a mortgage loan offered to rural property owners by the United States Department of Agriculture. USDA home loans have maximum household income limits which vary by county.
