It's easy—just call Compu-Phone at (800) 423-3069 to:

• Check Balances
• Transfer funds
• Verify cleared checks and deposits
• Obtain loan information
• Report a lost or stolen debit or credit card
• English and Spanish available

Access the System with:

• Your member account number (found on your statement).
• The first two letters of your last name. (If either letter is a Q or Z, use the zero key in its place)
• Your PIN number*
• The Suffix numbers of the accounts you're inquiring about. (Found on your statement)
