Positions we are currently looking for:
Responsibilities include processing and administering payroll, monthly, quarterly and annual taxes , completing year end payroll processes, monthly benefit billings and maintaining the HRIS (Ultipro) system in a timely and accurate fashion. Additional responsibilities include: report writing from the HRIS system, Cognos and Impromptu, coordinating benefit changes with the Third Party Administer, responding to Unemployment Benefit notifications and facilitating new hire orientations.
Responsibilities include notifying members with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment, mails form letters and confers with member by telephone to encourage payment of delinquent accounts, receives payments and posts amount paid to member account, investigates fraud accounts, prepares accounts for legal action, orders repossession or turns over account to attorney, attends court proceedings, prepares accounts for charge-off, prepares month-end delinquency reports.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Part-Time Member Consultant (Call Center Representative)
h5>Responsibilities include assisting members over the phone with opening accounts, applying for loans, obtaining and using electronic services, assessing needs for financial planning and investment services, processing transactions, as well as selling credit union products and services. One to three years bank or finance experience required. Prior sales experience preferred.

services and resolving member problems and disputes in a timely manner. Prior sales experience preferred.
